Waldorf without the nuts

Here's an easy salad to do when you're busy and cramming.

It's my version of the "Waldorf salad" without the nuts.

Ingredients:
4 leaves of green bokchoy (or lettuce) chopped into strips or quartered
2 tomatoes sliced thinly
1/4 cup cheese cubed
2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 cup small, firm grapes

Procedure:
Just toss together and chill in the fridge until cold.
