Being different

Do we realize that just by being who we are, we’re already different from everyone else? Because each individual is unique in his/her own way, no two people, not even twins are exactly the same, not only physically but in many aspects.

By being genuinely “YOU”, makes you stand out from the rest, not by being rebellious or copying your favorite character on TV or movie. By trying to look, sound and seem like someone else makes one a cheap copy of the original, that may be flattering to the other person but not to you.

It’s not what we wear, how we project, who we know that makes us precious but who we are inside. It’s not the jewelries that make a woman glow, it’s her personality. It’s not the hair but the head in the middle of the shoulders, not the perfect breasts but the heart that’s gentle and kind between them. Be loved and be admired for those because they are what really matters.

In the end, we will not be measured by what we’ve achieved for ourselves but for how we lived our lives and the difference it made to other people, by what we’ve accomplished for the Lord and how our triumphs and sufferings gave glory to God.

Be Godly and chaste, wise and not conforming to the ways of the world, then you’d be different because this kind of woman (man) is rare gem nowadays.

John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
