Filipina Desire (made me blush)

This beautiful lyric was sent to me a few days ago by someone  hoping to marry a Filipina girl in a few years, an awesome tribute to the brown Filipina, how sweet to be thought of as such :)

Filipina Desire

A woman of long, black silken-strands of delight,

With soft and smooth brown skin “tanned” by God,

With pretty brown eyes drawing gazes—

Mere mortal, more “goddess” just the same.

Mere mortal, more hoping to find one such as this—

More than to possess, to cherish—

To love as much if not more than any man can;

If only—to one day before God and man—

To “exchange the vows” to “take the hand”…

To “have and to hold…until death…”

Then “The Night” more than pleasure—

A loving “soulful-sharing” of “heavenly” proportions.

If only—this dream unseen—

Becomes reality fulfilled.

Yet only—the undeserving…

So, so needs a “self-transformation”…

Before, if at all—

Finding a Filipina that catches the eye—

And most of all…captures the heart.
