The face on my Facebook
I had this photo for my profile picture for two weeks on my Facebook page and stirred up some curiosity among friends.
Her name is Ana Maria Orozco. She’s a Colombian television actress who was the original ‘Betty La Fea’, a daily soap that inspired numerous international versions including the Mexican serial ‘La Fea MAs Bella’, the Philippines
‘Betty’ (in the story) is an exceptionally intelligent, hardworking girl but with a face only a mother can love and often scorned because of her look. Ana was made to look that way for the character.
You’d never think she’s also this same girl.
