Your girl friend is falling for your guy…
As if love and relationship is not complicated enough between just two people, a third one comes in and adds to the situation.
So you have this special guy in your life and you introduce him to your friend and before you know it, your friend develops this enormous crush on your man and starts showing signs of liking even flirting with him, what do you do?
I’ve seen this happen between guy friends too and I don’t know how the men handle it but definitely with women, it’s a NO-NO! You don’t mess with a girl friend’s boyfriend or love affection if she met him first.
There’s such a thing as ‘code of respect’ between buddies. YOU DO NOT TAKE what isn’t yours OR STEAL what already belongs to someone else, more so if it’s your friend’s.
But let’s be real, it does happen. So what do you do in a situation like this? Hold your fire; don’t go thinking of murdering the friend who’s falling for your guy. Best to talk to her in a civil manner, it’s important to find out if your suspicions are true or just in your head, if it is then you can kill her, ok, I’m joking. If she’s your true friend (a friend loves at all times and a brother is born out of adversity – Prov. 17:17 and note ‘born out of adversity’ NOT cause adversity) and respects you, she won’t be selfish and distance herself from your man, if not, well, either your boyfriend is trustworthy or not. If he isn’t your boyfriend and you’re still in the ‘getting to know’ stage when this happens, sorry but you have no control over the situation, the guy would choose whom he would choose in the end.
